What is Halasan ? | Technique | Benefits

Halasan is named after the word Hulla. Hull means the device used for farming. As the plow prepares the fields to sow seeds, that same star makes Halasan body and brain ready for deep rejuvenation. Halasana is not that easy.

Techniques for  Halasan

1). Lie down on the back. Keep the babies on the ground next to the back straight.

2). Taking the breath, lift both the legs and bring it into "Semi-Halasan".

3). Support the Axis with the two hands on the ground . Take 1-2 breaths inside and out in this currency and make sure your balance is correct.

4). Now move the legs right behind. Keep sight on the nose. If you are having trouble doing this then keeping balance can also keep the eye on the navel.

5). If there is enough flexibility in your shoulders, then fold your hands behind them and add them. If this is not possible then keep them in the backing of the back.

6). According to your ability, stay in this posture for 60 to 90 seconds and then gently take back the feet. Lower the beginning (30 seconds is also enough) and gradually increase the time.

Benefits of the Halasan 

1). Stimulates abdominal organs and thyroid gland

2). Spines in the shoulders and spinal cord.

3).Constipation: It is beneficial in indigestion and constipation.

4). Diabetes: It is very beneficial for diabetes.

5). Hemorrhoids: Those who suffer from hemorrhoids should practice this posture.

6). Headache: Those who are complaining of headache should practice this yoga

7). In reducing belly fat: With regular exercise of this posture you can reduce the fat of your stomach. And can also overcome your weight.
